Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has once again shared a raw and emotional update about his mental health, taking to Instagram on Monday to reveal the depth of his struggles. In the heartfelt post, the 30-year-old singer admitted, “I know I’m broken and I know I have anger issues,” offering fans an unfiltered look into his ongoing battle with emotional exhaustion and frustration.

Bieber spoke candidly about the relentless pressure to heal and meet expectations, confessing that the constant advice to “fix” himself has only left him feeling more drained. “People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already?” he wrote, highlighting the exhaustion that comes from trying to live up to other people’s standards.

Reflecting on his years in the spotlight, Bieber explained how striving to become the person others wanted him to be led to a loss of self and increased anger. “I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them… It just keeps making me more tired and more angry,” he shared.

Despite his global fame and success, Bieber admitted that even his efforts to grow and improve have felt overwhelming, saying, “The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become — and it’s exhausting. I’m tired of thinking about myself.” He concluded the post by turning to his faith, expressing that it is only Jesus who keeps him grounded and gives his life purpose: “Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others… I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”

Bieber’s candid message has resonated with fans and sparked conversations about the importance of mental health, vulnerability, and the challenges of living under constant public scrutiny.
