Skepta will launch The Fork and Knife with a London show at The Cause on Friday, 6 November. The performance falls on the release date of the British-Nigerian rapper's first solo studio album in seven years.
Ticketmaster lists the London event for 7pm, with general ticket sales scheduled for 10am GMT on Wednesday, 28 October. The show is general admission and restricted to people aged 16 and over. A maximum of six tickets per person and household applies.
The album campaign also includes European performances in December. Promoter AEG Presents confirms a Paris show at Élysée Montmartre on 1 December, while Amsterdam's Gashouder lists Skepta for 4 December, with doors at 7pm and the performance at 8pm.
AEG advertises general sales for the Paris date from 10am local time on 28 October. Gashouder gives the same local date and time for its sale. The concerts follow the release of Pandora's Box, with the limited run announced alongside the single.
The Fork and Knife is being released through Big Smoke and Epic Records. Skepta's official shop lists 6 November for its CD and vinyl editions. The record follows Ignorance Is Bliss, released in 2019, and returns him to a solo album format after work across rap, electronic music and fashion.
In its description of the forthcoming record, the official shop places British-Nigerian identity at the centre of the project. It describes music shaped by sound systems, clubs and raves, drawing on grime, garage, house, jungle and electronic styles.
The accompanying visual direction draws on Nigerian-British imagery from the 1980s, football culture and documentary photography. The shop presents those influences as part of an exploration of life between cultures. These are the campaign's stated themes ahead of the album's release.
The 15-song track list, reported by BellaNaija on 26 October, includes Victory Lap, Gas Me Up, Secrets of Patriarchy, Outside, Cold Shower and Currency. Pandora's Box, Revenge, Magic, Melody, Aloe Vera, Broken Hearts, Innocent Smile and Belly are also among the listed titles.
Innocent Smile brings Skepta together with electronic duo Chase & Status and Madness singer Suggs. Sony Music's September announcement identifies it as a song from the forthcoming album and credits Aidan Zamiri with directing its London-made music video.
Born Joseph Junior Adenuga to Nigerian parents, Skepta has spoken about the connection between his family background and his music. His early career included pirate radio before he became a nationally recognised recording artist.
Skepta grew up in North London and emerged through Britain's underground grime scene. His album Konnichiwa won the Mercury Prize in 2016, placing him among the artists recognised by the annual award for British and Irish albums.
His work beyond solo rap includes the electronic project Más Tiempo and his fashion label MAINS. Sony Music describes both as extensions of a career shaped by British and Nigerian influences, alongside collaborations across different styles and generations.
The London launch precedes the confirmed Paris and Amsterdam dates by several weeks. Ticketmaster's listing gives the London venue and admission rules, while AEG Presents and Gashouder carry the corresponding details for their December shows.
