Nigerian singer Oniyinde Azeez, popularly known as Zinoleesky, has shared how becoming a father has profoundly transformed his perspective and daily choices. Zinoleesky, who welcomed his first child, a daughter named Zendaya, in December 2023 and a son, Zafar, in April 2025, spoke candidly about his journey into fatherhood during a recent interview on Adesope Live.
He explained that the arrival of his children made him more intentional about his actions and decisions. “Fatherhood means quite a lot because I will say I’m a changed person since my boy got here. There are some things that I would have done before or let’s say the way I do some things I have reduced just because of the boy. I have to keep my head down, keep my head straight. And it has been a blessing, too,” Zinoleesky said.
The singer added that being a dad has been both a source of reflection and motivation. With two children now looking up to him, Zinoleesky is more determined than ever to remain focused and responsible, embracing the changes that fatherhood has brought into his life.
