Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the leader of the Kwankwasiyya movement and presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has accused the opposition in Kano of distracting the government for one year.

Kwankwaso made this statement during the declaration of a State of Emergency on education in Kano State.

He commended the governor for his efforts despite the distractions, saying, “The governor has been working from day one, and his footprints are visible across the state. Despite being taken to court by the opposition, he has remained focused on his goals.”

Kwankwaso also recalled his own experience during his second term as governor, when he faced similar distractions from Boko Haram attacks but remained focused on his goals.

“The governor’s determination to improve education in Kano State is laudable, and we must support him to achieve this goal,” Kwankwaso added. He urged the opposition to put aside their differences and work together for the betterment of the state.

The declaration of a State of Emergency on education in Kano State is a significant step towards improving the sector. The government has pledged to increase funding, improve infrastructure, and enhance the quality of education in the state.

Kwankwaso’s comments highlight the importance of unity and cooperation in achieving development goals.

By putting aside their differences and working together, the government and opposition can achieve great things for the people of Kano State.
