Popular South Korean actor Park Min Jae has died at the age of 32, following a cardiac arrest. The incident occurred on November 29 while the actor was traveling in China.

His agency confirmed the news in a heartfelt statement on Monday, announcing that his funeral rites will take place on December 4.

“Park Min Jae, a gifted performer who was deeply passionate about acting and always gave his all, has ascended to heaven. We are immensely thankful for the unwavering love and support you have shown him. While we will no longer witness his artistry, we will forever remember him as a proud actor of Big Title. May he rest in peace,” the agency expressed.

Park Min Jae was celebrated for his versatility and dedication to his craft, with notable roles in several hit dramas, including Little Women, Tomorrow, The Korea-Khitan War, and Bo-ra! Deborah.

The announcement of his death comes only weeks after the passing of another South Korean actor, Song Jae-lim, who was found lifeless in his Seoul apartment. Authorities confirmed a note was discovered at the scene, and no foul play was reported.

A Rising Star in Korean Drama

Park Min Jae’s contributions to the entertainment industry were widely praised. In Little Women, his brief but impactful guest appearance captivated audiences. Similarly, his supporting role in the fantasy drama Tomorrow resonated deeply with fans.
