Queen Dami, one of the widows of the late Alaafin of Oyo, has officially ended her relationship with controversial singer Portable. The decision followed a heated altercation during her TikTok live session on Wednesday, during which Portable publicly berated her.
The singer chastised Queen Dami for being online late at night, accusing her of inappropriate behavior. In his words, “What are you still doing online at this time of the night? Do you want to be practicing polygamy? Didn’t I tell you not to be coming online at night? What is a housewife doing online at night? Are you a prostitute?”
In response to the public embarrassment, Queen Dami took to Instagram on Thursday to announce the breakup, expressing her frustration and humiliation. She wrote, “I’m done. I can’t take this embarrassment again. This is too much for me.”
The split has drawn widespread attention, given Portable’s history of controversial behavior and public disputes. Many fans have taken to social media to weigh in on the incident, with some expressing support for Queen Dami’s decision.
This development adds to Portable’s growing list of public controversies, further fueling debates about his conduct and relationships.
