Popular Nigerian Pastor and founder of Streams of Joy International, Jerry Eze, has addressed allegations that a miracle performed during a recent conference in the United Kingdom was staged.

The miracle in question involved the healing of an 8-year-old girl suffering from cerebral palsy, who was reportedly confined to a wheelchair.

The event, part of the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declaration (NSSPD) conference, sparked both praise and controversy on social media. Many users accused Pastor Eze of staging the miracle, with some questioning why similar healings have not been performed in Nigeria.

In response to the allegations, Pastor Eze spoke during a sermon to his congregation, stating, “Listen NSSPDiers, you will never see this man here reply to anybody. I do not have that kind of time. There are more important things to do for God.”

He continued by addressing the skepticism, saying, “Look at the arranged miracle. No! So, she was never in a wheelchair? Look at the parents.”

Pastor Eze, who founded Streams of Joy Church in 2013, has grown his ministry significantly, with over 13 branches across Nigeria and globally. His NSSPD digital prayer sessions, which began during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, have garnered over 2.12 million subscribers on YouTube, making it the most-watched preaching channel on the platform.

The pastor reportedly earns more than N7 million daily from the YouTube channel, making him Nigeria’s highest-earning YouTuber.
