Nigerian dancer, Lil Smart, has taken legal action against Marlian Records boss Naira Marley and singer Zinoleesky, accusing them of threatening his life.
On December 9, 2024, Lil Smart raised an alarm on social media, urging the public to hold the duo accountable if anything happened to him. He shared videos and photos purportedly showing Zinoleesky and others chasing him.
In response, Zinoleesky dismissed the claims, accusing Lil Smart of seeking attention. However, Lil Smart has since filed an official petition and submitted evidence to the authorities, vowing to pursue justice.
In a viral Instagram post, Lil Smart revealed that he had endured previous instances of bullying but lacked evidence to act legally. Now armed with proof, he expressed determination to ensure the matter is addressed:
“This is not the first or third time I have been experiencing this bullying. But I didn’t have enough evidence to face the law. Now, I thank God that I have very good evidence, and I will put everything I have in line to make sure this bullying and threat to life is stopped.”He also called on the justice system to hold Naira Marley and Zinoleesky accountable, emphasizing that no one is above the law.
As of this report, Naira Marley has not publicly responded to the allegations.
