The incident took place on Monday night in the Hamptons enclave of Sag Harbor, New York.
Newsday reported that a police spokesperson confirmed Timberlake’s arrest, with charges related to driving while intoxicated, specifically DWI-related, as confirmed by a Sag Harbor Justice Court official.
In response to the situation, a statement from the Suffolk County district attorney’s office revealed that Timberlake is set to be arraigned in court on Tuesday.
