The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission has recovered suspected wiretapping equipment from the residence of former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai during an ongoing investigation. Officials said the equipment was seized as part of actions to gather evidence in cases linked to alleged misconduct and illegal surveillance activities.
The anti-graft agency said the items found include devices commonly associated with unauthorised recording and interception of communications.
