
A fire broke out on Sunday morning at the headquarters of Christ Embassy Church located in the Oregun area of Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.

The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service responded swiftly to the emergency, working diligently to control and extinguish the flames. Their quick action prevented the fire from causing even greater damage.
One eyewitness, Augustine, who tweets under the handle @Chief_Augustin1, shared a video of the incident. “Christ Embassy Church on Billings Way, Oregun, is on fire. Serious fire is raging, and men of the Lagos State Fire Service are working hard to put it off. Thank God service hasn’t commenced fully,” he commented, highlighting the efforts of the fire service.
