Buhari-Tinubu

Salihu Moh. Lukman, a former National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has accused President Bola Tinubu and his predecessor, Muhammadu Buhari, of “making a mockery of democracy” in their nine years in power. Lukman, a chieftain from Kaduna State, called for a new political platform to replace the APC, which he believes has failed Nigerians.

In a statement, Lukman criticized the APC’s leadership style, saying it has led to the country’s current economic and security woes. He accused President Tinubu of being an “extreme right-wing leader” who has failed to address the high cost of living, unemployment, and poverty. Lukman warned against further fuel price increases, stating that the government’s policies have eroded citizens’ incomes and may lead to social unrest.

Lukman’s comments come as Nigerians face rising living costs, insecurity, and economic hardship. His call for a new political platform reflects growing discontent with the APC’s leadership and the need for alternative solutions to address the country’s challenges.
