The post quickly garnered thousands of congratulatory messages from fans and well-wishers. In October 2023, Davido confirmed the arrival of the twins—a boy and a girl—born in the United States.
Reflecting on the experience, Davido previously shared that both he and Chioma were in shock when they discovered they were expecting twins. A video later surfaced showing Chioma in a wheelchair, cradling the two newborns.
