The International Police Chaplain Sustainable Development and Law Enforcement, INC (IPCSL) has appointed Colonel Blessing A. Akinlosotu as the African Commander, overseeing operations across all 55 African countries. The appointment follows Akinlosotu’s promotion to the role of Regional Coordinator of Africa, effective for a three-year term.

In an official appointment letter signed by key officials from the IPCSL High Council of Administration in Florida, USA, including Amb. Dr. Tardieu Ridore (President, Chap. General in Chief), Amb. Dr. Wilkenson Cesar (Vice President/Chap General), and Amb. Dr. Wesly Milard (Public Relations/Chap Lt. General), the organization emphasized the decision aligns with its statutes and regulations to extend its influence internationally. The letter stated:

“We have the honor to notify you of your appointment as the official representative of our organization in the Regional Coordination of Africa under the function of Regional Coordinator of Africa for three (3) years with the rank of Chaplain Colonel/Commander Africa for IPCSL.”

Colonel Akinlosotu’s new role will involve leading and managing the African branch in compliance with IPCSL statutes, internal regulations, and international conventions. His specific responsibilities will be outlined in a Diplomatic Accreditation Certificate, to be awarded during an investiture ceremony scheduled for November 2024.

The letter further expressed confidence in Akinlosotu’s ability to excel in his new position, stating: “We take this opportunity to congratulate you on this appointment, and we wish you every success in your role and your missions.”
