Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, has responded to allegations made by a man, Fatai Odunsi, who claims to be his father and accused him of neglect.
In a viral video, Odunsi alleged that he has been battling a stroke since 2022 and that Asake has refused to take his calls despite his worsening health.
Reacting on social media, Asake shared an emotional and cryptic message in Yoruba, singing, “You can’t please everyone, you can’t please the world. But anything you are doing, just do it for God. My own father wants to cajole me, and I have sent so much money to him. I have struggled for so many years, but they want to make life tire me.”
The situation has sparked mixed reactions from fans, with some supporting Asake and others questioning the truth behind Odunsi’s claims.
