Hours after the Florida raid, Kingston, whose legal name is Kisean Anderson, was arrested in Fort Irwin, southern California. He was taken into custody on fraud and theft charges related to the Florida warrant. The arrest was reported to be without incident.
Before his arrest, Kingston addressed the situation on Instagram, assuring his followers that both he and his mother were fine and that their lawyers were managing the situation. Kingston’s lawyer expressed confidence in a successful resolution of the allegations, stating that they would be addressed in court.
