Popular American model and television personality, Amber Rose, has announced that she no longer identifies as a feminist, attributing her decision to experiences with manipulative behaviors exhibited by some women.
Speaking on the Club Shay Shay podcast, Rose disclosed that she had witnessed close friends deceive men about pregnancies and abortions as a means to extract money from them. She described such acts as “disgusting” and stated that they led her to halt her popular SlutWalk movement—a campaign she previously championed to empower women and combat slut-shaming.
Rose further expressed concern over women who falsely claim to be on birth control as a way to trap men into unwanted commitments. She emphasized that trust is a fundamental aspect of relationships and condemned deceptive practices that exploit men.
“I have had girlfriends lie about abortions to get money. Some even act like they are pregnant just to extort men. I saw the dark side of what women can do,” she said. “You guys are lying about pregnancies, saying you’re on birth control when you’re not, to trap men. If a man c**s inside of you and you said you’re on birth control, he trusts you. You don’t have to trap him like that.”
