Nollywood actress Chika Ike has vehemently denied rumors linking her pregnancy to billionaire Ned Nwoko, calling the speculation “false and baseless.”
The rumors began circulating after Ike posted maternity photos on social media, sparking further speculation when actress Regina Daniels, Nwoko’s wife, reportedly deactivated her Instagram account.
Ike responded on Instagram, expressing frustration over the constant media attention on her personal life. She clarified that Nwoko is not the father of her child and stated that she has no plans of becoming anyone’s seventh wife, firmly rejecting polygamy.
She wrote, “Endlessly blessed, forever grateful..A MUST READ !!!! FALSE! FALSE! FALSE! There have been all sorts of lies paddled about me in the media for years, but I always treated them like what they are, RUMOURS THAT NEEDED NO RESPONSE. But this is different, this is about my CHILD…. You all do not know anything about me! Because you CAN’T! Except I choose to disclose.”
Ike emphasized that she values her privacy and dismissed the rumors as “laughable and clueless,” urging the public to respect her peace during her pregnancy.
