Although the total value and quantity of the intercepted weapons are yet to be disclosed, the scale of the seizure has been described as highly disturbing.
The Comptroller-General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi, has arrived in Lagos to address journalists at the Federal Operations Unit (FOU) Zone “A” in Ikeja regarding the operation.
