The full schedule for the upcoming 2025/26 Premier League season will be unveiled on Wednesday, marking the first step toward a brand-new campaign. Just weeks after the previous season wrapped up, attention now shifts to the opening weekend and the fresh storylines ahead.

Reigning champions will soon learn who they’ll face in their first title defence match, as the race begins anew. Promoted sides Sunderland, Leeds, and Burnley return to the top tier, adding new energy and rivalries.

The season is set to kick off on Saturday, 16 August, with the possibility of an opening fixture on the preceding Friday night. Over the course of 33 weekends and five midweek rounds, fans can expect another thrilling campaign filled with highs, lows, and unpredictable moments.

The season will officially conclude on Sunday, 24 May 2026. Fixture dates and times may shift based on television broadcast schedules, which are updated periodically throughout the season.
